Reelsville – Services for Simpson P. Best, 73, who died at 11:40 p.m. Thursday will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Miller and Sons Funeral Home, Brazil with Rev. Wayne Kivett officiating.  Burial will be in Croy’s Creek Cemetery.  Friends may call after 4 p.m. Saturday.  He was a retired Penn Central section foreman.  Surviving are the widow, Fannie; two brothers, Claude, Poland and Norman, Greencastle, nieces and nephews.
